High everyone well I’m very happy to report that the 2017 fishing season has started here in Alaska on the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers. So Far things are looking very positive for a great return of King Salmon in the early runs of both the Kenai and Kasilof. Today we fished King Salmon on the Kaslof River and had an awesome day, we landed 7 king Salmon kept 4 and released 3 and had many other strikes. For early season King Salmon fishing this is an epic day and a very good day anytime. I also received reports that the Kenai River fished good today also. I am also getting good reports from the salt water fisheries at Ninilchik and Homer. So that is the report everything is looking very good here on Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula.
