Hi everyone well we are now just one month away from the start of the 2019 fishing season here in Alaska on the Kenai River and the Kasilof River Yay! We still have some very good dates left on our books for fishing this summer on the Kenai River or the Kasilof River for King Salmon, Silver Salmon, Sockeye Salmon. and trophy Rainbow Trout. If you want to fish the Kenai River or the Kasilof River but are not sure if you want to fish for King Salmon, Silver Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, or Trophy Rainbow Trout. And your not sure which month you would like to fish here on the Kenai in Alaska, Lets go over some basic run timing. So the season will start here on the Kenai inEarly May and we will be fishing for King Salmon on the Kenai River and the Kasilof River. Next in June we will Also be fishing for King Salmon on the Kenai River and the Kasilof River, however we will also do some Trophy Rainbow Trout fishing and some Sockeye fishing. Moving on we will Be fishing for King Salmon in July on the Kenai River and the Kasilof River as well as fishing for Sockeye Salmon on the Kenai. In August we will shift our focus to Silver Salmon both on the Kenai River and the Kasilof River as well as Trophy Rainbow Trout on the Kenai River. During September we will again be fishing for Silver Salmon on the Kenai River and the Kasilof River. and Trophy Rainbow Trout on the Kenai River. Finally in October our final month of the season we will just be on the Kenai River and we will be fishing for Silver Salmon and Trophy Rainbow Trout.
